Lawrence Nelson

Larry Nelson was born in Monterey, CA and attended Pacific Union College. Larry has been a partner in CDI for the past 34 years. He has witnessed many changes over the years to the Napa Valley, all for the good. Larry’s hobbies include flying his plane, harvesting a plentiful array of fruits and vegetables from his garden, and spending time with his family and friends.
Tristan Ruiz

Tristan is a 3rd Generation Napan who attended the University of Pacific in California on a full-ride athletic scholarship. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business in 1997, she went on to get her CPA license in 2004. She practiced as a Certified Public Accountant at Ganze & Company and moved on to property management and has been the Asset Manager at CDI Development & Realty, Inc. for the last 15 years.
Marchus Nelson

Marchus Nelson joined CDI with 12 years of experience in the financial and real estate investment industries. He is born in Napa, California. He graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Then entered Thunderbird, School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona and graduated with a MBA/MIM degree.
Sandy Austin-Stansberry

Sandy Austin-Stansberry is the Office Manager at CDI and has been with CDI Companies since 1988. Sandy is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Notary Public. She is a Napa Valley native, and enjoys the luxury of the valley’s offerings including wine tasting and great restaurants.
