CDI Companies
CDI is a Commercial Property Development, Investment and  Management Company. CDI was established in 1988 and the Company currently manages and leases their own commercial real estate in the Napa and the Fairfield area.

CDI was established by Rodger O. Heggelund, Lawrence Nelson, Tim Buntain and Harry T. Price. Initially, CDI developed and constructed industrial buildings at Green Island Industrial Park in American Canyon. Branching out, CDI developed industrial buildings in Benicia, Cordelia and Fairfield. Office and industrial buildings were constructed at the Napa Airport and in the City of Fairfield at the Busch Campus Park Project, a 25 acre Planned Development Office Park.

CDI acquired the Wells Fargo Bank Building at First and Franklin Streets in Napa and  redeveloped the property into Napa’s first LEED Gold office, retail and restaurant project. Napa Square was named the Mixed Use Project of the Year by Northbay Biz magazine.
